To do this we offer a full assessment of your Body composition through Kinanthropometry. This is the area of science specialising in the measurement of human body composition. Their research analyses how changes in lifestyle, nutrition, activity levels and ethnic background affects the distribution of fat and the proportion of body dimensions. This science is the interface between anatomy and movement and as such it assists with any online or face to face coaching as it takes the measurement of the human body and determines it’s capability for function and movement giving us key information to allow us to design an optimised program.
As Insured nutrition consultants we will also provide a consultation where we fully assess your activity levels and then provide an in-depth analysis of your individual dietary intake. This enables us to provide you with a comprehensive nutrition and activity report relevant to weight management and/or sports performance. Based on this report you will then be given specific advice and recommendations including clear, evidence based advice on the use of vitamins, supplements
