Burnout, stemming from relentless stress, can invade various aspects of our lives, chipping away our vitality. Identifying these warning signs and taking proactive steps are vital in averting a full-blown breakdown.

Early Indicators: Deciphering the Signals

Often stealthy in its approach, burnout manifests through subtle yet persistent signals. Recognising these markers early on is pivotal:

1. Exhaustion: The Drain on Vitality

  • 1 cup / 170 g ice

  • 1 scoop Café Latte Shakeology
