After almost three years of battling crushing fatigue, I finally got to the bottom of it.
I'm going to be honest – I was ashamed and hid my struggles for quite a while. When I realised that all the symptoms I was experiencing were connected, it was a shock. As a fitness professional of 25 years with a degree in sports science, I have spent my career working with women. I thought the ‘change’ was something women used as an excuse to give in. Sorry 🫣😳🥴
After all, I had the very best diet, a thriving fitness career, and a fabulous support network. I believed wholeheartedly that these would keep my wellbeing in check.
Despite this, I started feeling so broken that I was convinced it was something else:
Long COVID
Thyroid issues
Burnout
Iron deficiency
other things I googled 🫣
I got blood tests, scans, and cut back on all work (if I didn’t work for myself I would have been off sick 100%), pouring everything I had into the classes I was teaching. But inside, I felt utterly depleted.
I doubled down on everything that had worked in the past, but nothing seemed to help. Finally, the truth became clear: I was perimenopausal.
I began researching like an absolute NERD and became TOTALLY obsessed with this next stage of life – WHI, the MESS that report made of women’s health (boomers, be aware; if you know, you know!).
Anyway, I’m on a path now that I’m still adjusting to, but this journey has been eye-opening, humbling, and a stark reminder that our bodies and lives are constantly evolving. I've completed a CIMSPA course to better support my ladies 30+ (yes, from that YOUNG!).

I'm sharing my story in the hope that it might help others who are facing similar struggles. Don't be afraid to seek answers, and remember that even the strongest among us need support sometimes.
I won’t be pushing it down your throat (as I think this is part of the reason why I didn’t see the writing on the wall as to my condition), but I have opened the door to alternative and additional ways to grow through your seasons of life. THE POWER OF 'NOT YET'
The narrative we craft around our abilities often defines the boundaries of our potential. Statements like "I'm not capable" or "I can't" frequently echo through our minds — signalling a fixed mindset wherein talents and capabilities seem predetermined by fate. However, the profound notion of 'Not Yet' can be transformative, leading us to embrace a growth mindset that nurtures the belief in our capacity for growth and development.

LIVE CLASSES & BODi BLOCK — After extensive research, it has been determined that users prefer our proven step-by-step programs and specials over the live classes and blocks. So, we're focusing on developing more of what you love. These changes to the platform will begin in August:
